  • PHYSICAL IMMERSION
    23 to 25 Oct

    Top 50 Global Startups will immerse in Singapore’s startup ecosystem, with opportunities to meet and network with local ecosystem partners.

  • DOMAIN FINALS & GRAND FINALS
    28 to 30 Oct

    Top 50 Global Startups will pitch LIVE at SWITCH on 28 and 29 Oct.

    The Top 10 Global Startups will be selected to pitch at the Grand Finals on 30 Oct for the chance to become SLINGSHOT 2024’s Grand Winner.

Deliverables to Submit

Register on the platform and submit a PDF presentation (10-slides maximum, in English only) with the following details:
 
  • Your problem/solution
  • Market and total addressable market (TAM)
  • Value proposition and positioning
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • The business/revenue model
  • Traction: KPI metrics & milestones
  • Forecast 2024/2025
  • Team Presentation

Assessment Method

Projects will be assessed based on the following criteria by a panel of esteemed jury members from the five challenge domains:
  • Technical Depth
  • Team
  • Growth Potential
  • Feasibility of Business Model
  • Differentiation & Impact of Value proposition

Results Announcement

The Top 250 Global Startups will be selected to progress to the Deepening Phase.
 
The results will be released between 5 to 7 August 2024.

Deliverables to Submit

The Top 250 Global Startups will need to submit a 2-minute video introducing their business, elevator pitch style!


Submit your video pitch by 25 August 2024, 23:59 (GMT+8) to be considered for the next phase.

Results Announcement

Applications will be reviewed by a judging panel of investors, corporates and industry leaders. The Top 50 Global Startups will progress to SLINGSHOT 2024’s Domain Finals.

The results will be announced in September 2024.

 

SLINGSHOT 2024 Domain Finals & Grand Finals

28 to 30 October 2024

Pitching Event

SLINGSHOT 2024’s Top 50 Global Startups will pitch LIVE in Singapore as part of SWITCH 2024. In addition to a judging panel of leading corporates, investors and thought leaders, the competition will be a key focus for startup communities across the globe.

All Top 50 Global Startups will also be invited for dealmaking and networking opportunities with corporates and investors from respective industries prior to and during the Finals.

After the Domain Finals pitches, SLINGSHOT 2024’s Top 10 Domain Winners will be announced on 29 October 2024. The competition progresses during the Grand Finals on 30 October 2024, as the Top 10 Global Startups vie once more for the title of SLINGSHOT 2024’s Grand Winner.

Prizes

Prizes* will be awarded to the Top 10 Domain Winners as well as the 2nd Runner Up, 1st Runner Up, and the Grand Winner, to enable you to grow your business and further develop your product in Singapore.

The Grand Winner of SLINGSHOT 2024 will receive:

  • S$200,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
  • 18 months rent-free space at LaunchPad
  • 12 months international membership with ACE.SG

The 1st Runner Up of SLINGSHOT 2024 will receive:

  • S$150,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
  • 12 months rent-free space at LaunchPad
  • 12 months international membership with ACE.SG

The 2nd Runner Up of SLINGSHOT 2024 will receive:

  • S$100,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
  • 6 months rent-free space at LaunchPad
  • 12 months international membership with ACE.SG

The Top 10 Global Startups will each receive:

  • S$50,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
 
Startups from SLINGSHOT 2024 Partner Competitions will each receive:
  • S$20,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
